Introducing Landon Colley, the builder and developer behind the 44 beautiful semi-custom homes in Rodgers Estates.

Born and raised in Morganton, North Carolina, Landon brings hometown values, integrity, and years of hands-on experience to every home he builds. Raised in a family of builders, he learned the construction trade from both his father and uncle, developing a passion for quality craftsmanship at an early age.

After graduating from Patton High School, Landon spent several years working in construction and remodeling before pursuing a career in law enforcement. In 2016, he graduated from Basic Law Enforcement Training and proudly served his community as both a police officer and sheriff's deputy for four years.

In 2020, following the birth of his first daughter, Landon made the decision to return full-time to his true passion—building homes and creating lasting spaces where families can thrive. Since then, he has built and managed more than 100 new construction homes throughout Burke, Caldwell, Lincoln, Catawba, and Cleveland counties.

As a licensed North Carolina residential and commercial general contractor, Landon has earned a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, honesty, and quality. Every home is built with the same care and pride as if it were his own.

Landon and his wife, a dedicated healthcare professional and Family Nurse Practitioner, are raising their two young children in the community they proudly call home. Their commitment to family and community is reflected in every project they undertake.
